So it came to my attention that the videos weren't working properly. I have fixed that now, i hope. Take a look. I will try to post some more vids and pics when I get the chance. Most likely it will be after the seminar happens. In the mean time I would like to show people that want to compete the rules.

There seems to be no set out blanket rules across Australia like BJJ (just region to region) but here are all the common rules and one to show UFC rules
